SHIPPING

Shipping & Handling Charges are as follows:

Domestic

- Standard (7-10) business days  – $7.95 flat rate, Free with orders over $40!
- Ground (3-5 business days) –  $10.95 flat rate
 

International

Standard (10-21 business days) - $18.95 flat rate for all international countries we ship to worldwide


RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final. Please note, Kaelyn Collection reserves the right to refuse all returns, reshipments and refunds. 

In the unlikely event that a product arrived damaged, the customer must contact customer service within 24 hours of receipt. Customer must include photos of the issue and a screenshot of your order confirmation email. 

Unfortunately, we are unable to process exchanges at this time. 

Please be careful when entering your shipping address, Kaelyn Collection will not be responsible for orders sent to the incorrect delivery address provided by the customer. However if your product has not been shipped yet, we will do our best to update your order with the correct address. Once again, if your order has already shipped we are not responsible

Kaelyn Collection is not responsible for items that are lost by the mail carrier or by any shipping service. If you feel your package is lost or got stolen please contact USPS as soon as possible. If your package is marked delivered, lost, delayed, or unscanned, refunds of any kind will not be issued.

In the unlikely event of receiving a damaged item please contact us immediately, within 48 hours receiving the order, at contact@kaelyncollection.com. Please provide us with your order number and multiple photos of the damaged product/s.

In the event of receiving the wrong item please contact contact@kaelyncollection.com 48 hours receiving the order, so that we can take care of this for you. Please provide us with your order number along with a photo of the incorrect item you received.
