Afterpay allows you to enjoy your accessories now and pay later! Split your purchase price into 4 equal payments so you can spread the cost of your purchase over time. Enter the credit or debit card of your choice for automatic payments every two weeks. No interest or added fees when you pay on time! 

When you select Afterpay as your billing method during checkout, you will provide a credit or debit card of your choice. No bills are sent, the payment will be made automatically. You simply sit back, relax, and enjoy your purchase!

ORDERS

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Unfortunately we are not able to cancel an order once it has been placed. 

I PUT THE WRONG ADDRESS ON MY ORDER, WHAT DO I DO?

Please be careful when entering your shipping address, Kaelyn Collection will not be responsible for orders sent to the incorrect delivery address provided by the customer. However if your product has not been shipped yet, we will do our best to update your order with the correct address. Once again, if your order has already shipped we are not responsible

HOW CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE?

Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email from us with your tracking information.

MY ITEMS ARRIVED DAMAGED, WHAT DO I DO?

Please contact us immediately, within 48 hours receiving the order, at contact@kaelyncollection.com. Please provide us with your order number and multiple photos of the damaged product/s.

I RECEIVED THE WRONG ORDER, WHAT DO I DO?

Please contact contact@kaelyncollection.com 48 hours receiving the order, so that we can take care of this for you. Please provide us with your order number along with a photo of the incorrect item you received.

DO YOU OFFER RETURNS?

We are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final. Please note, Kaelyn Collection reserves the right to refuse all returns, reshipments and refunds. 

In the unlikely event that a product arrived damaged, the customer must contact customer service within 24 hours of receipt. Customer must include photos of the issue and a screenshot of your order confirmation email. 

DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGES?

Unfortunately, we are unable to process exchanges at this time.

WHAT ARE SHIPPING COSTS?

Shipping & Handling Charges are as follows:

Domestic

- Standard (7-10) business days  – $7.95 flat rate, Free with orders over $40!
- Ground (3-5 business days) –  $10.95 flat rate
 

International

Standard (10-21 business days) - $18.95 flat rate for all international countries we ship to worldwide

We are located in Florida in the United States of America. 

Yes we do! We ship worldwide. Please keep in mind, sometimes customs taxes may apply in your country depending on where you are located.

How long will it take to get my product?

please allow 3-7 business days for product to be shipped out.

Holiday Shipping: Delays in shipment tend to occur during this busy season. If this happens simply contact USPS or Fed Ex directly for more information.

What if my package is lost?

Kaelyn Collection is not responsible for items that are lost by the mail carrier or by any shipping service. If you feel your package is lost or got stolen please contact USPS as soon as possible. If your package is marked delivered, lost, delayed, or unscanned, refunds of any kind will not be issued.

DO YOU TEST ON ANIMALS?

Kaelyn Collection does not test products on animals. All of our products are cruelty free. 

Are the products safe for all skin types?

All products were formulated to be safe for all skin types but if you have specific concerns, please consult your doctor with the list of ingredients found on the website.

What temperatures do these products need to be stored at?

We recommend storing your products in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight and excessive heat.
